Calling Notice for Annual General Meeting 2026
This notice is to inform you of RTIG’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. The meeting will take place as part of a workshop in central Manchester and online on 24 March 2025.
The AGM is open to all Subscribing Members and Affiliate Members of RTIG, including organisations who have subscribed or committed to subscribe for FY26-27.
Member organisations may send up to two representatives (one in the case of Associate Members) to the physical meeting. In the event of overbooking I may have to ask Members to send only a single representative; this will of course not affect voting rights. Attendance to the online meeting is unrestricted, though only one from each organisation is able to vote.
I attach herewith:
- the agenda for the meeting;
- an attendance form;
- a schedule of candidate nominations received, and an authorised statement of appointments duly made by default;
In addition, I enclose copies of the following documents relevant to agenda items 2, 4 and 5:
- notes from last year’s AGM;
- the Subscriber Terms and Benefits for FY26-27, RTIGC013-1.22;
- the current working draft Business Plan for FY26-27, RTIGC084;
- the Election Rules for the Chair and Directors, RTIGC038-2.1.
