RTIG recommends the use of SIRI version 2. SIRI is a CEN standard (CEN TS15531 Parts 1 to 5, currently in the process of upgrade to EN status). Copies are available via national standards bodies, but there is a lot of information - including draft updates and a free access XSD file - available (in English) on the VDV web site at https://www.vdv.de/siri.aspx.
