Welcome to the website of RTIG-INFORM

What is RTIG-INFORM?

RTIG was established in 2000 to provide a focus for all those involved in UK bus RTI. INFORM dates back to 2003 and had a broader remit in public transport telematics. On 1 April 2009 RTIG and INFORM merged to form RTIG-INFORM.

RTIG-INFORM has a wide membership drawn from UK local authorities, bus operators and system suppliers, with representatives from Government and other key industry groups.

Special note: This website is a continuation of the RTIG website. The INFORM website is also being maintained at www.inform-uk.org. We will be mirroring operations for a while, until a unified site has been developed.

You can download our Library catalogue here, which gives information on our reports and standards - including those which are publically available and are for members only.

If you are a member, you can access relevant documents in the Members' Area using the unique password included in your Member's Pack.

Latest RTIG-INFORM news

RTIG-INFORM launched: Following successful negotiations, RTIG and INFORM merged on 1 April 2009. The launch AGM was held on 16 March 2009 where members adopted a Constitution and elected the first Management Committee.
